For Archers: Keep a log of all your training and competition sessions. Including details of what you were working on, what worked and what didn't, what you scored, how many arrows you shot etc. Also, keep note of your equipment and when you change anything. Be able to search for keywords such as "bowhand" or "FITA18" , see any related sessions and what you were using and working on at the time.For Coaches:Record details of all the archers that you are coaching; such as name, bow type, experience, equipment, goals, etc.Keep a history of every session that you have with your archers and record for each session information including session focus, observations, planned activity, what went well and what didn't together with any feedback from the archer and notes for the next session.
